The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as " Penelope's Pearls" or "site"). Return Policy

If your purchase is unsatisfactory, for any reason, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. After receipt of our authorization, the item must be shipped back, in the condition sent, and insured for full value. Refund (minus shipping) will be made upon our receipt of the item or items. Refund including shipping will be issued only if the return is a result of insurable damages or any error or oversite of Penelope's Pearls. Item must be received within 30 days of the authorization date or a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number. All online credit card payments are process through Paypal, which is a secure internet service. Your credit card number is neither seen nor stored by us. Any information that we do receive is used for the sole purpose of processing your order.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of our current promotions, specials and new additions to our site. You can easily be removed from our newsletter list by following the opt-out instructions in any email we may send you.

Privacy on Other Web Sites

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Penelope's Pearls reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.


Payment Options

We accept Credit card, Paypal and International Money Orders. You do not need to sign up for an account to pay through Paypal.

We are happy to accept your Money Order, (U.S. Dollars only). We only accept International Money Orders as other types may not be cashable in Canada. Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Your item(s) will then be placed on hold. If your payment does not arrive within 14 days we will release the hold on the item.


Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Orders ship within one business day of receipt of payment. We ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada and Small Packet Air for all international destinations.


Taxes - Ontario Residents

Penelope's Pearls is required by law and will automatically calculate and withhold 8% provincial sales tax - applicable to Ontario residents only.


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Penelope's Pearls shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, Penelope's Pearls shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the total amount charged.
